Technical Features

The screw body consists of fixed rings, movable rings, screw bars, gaskets and the main screw. During operation, the movable rings cycle around the main screw. The gaskets ensure a gap between the fixed rings and the movable rings, avoiding blockages to achieve a self-cleaning function, thereby greatly reducing the consumption of cleaning water.

High-Efficiency Sludge Squeezing Technology: To significantly reduce the final cake moisture content, we adopt three special structures:

1. The screw pitch decreases from the inlet (bottom side) to the outlet (top side). Meanwhile, the diameter of the screw increases from the inlet to the outlet.

2. On the main shaft, within the cake discharge tank, there is a baffle with a gap between it and the dewatering roller. This ensures a certain pressure on the sludge, enabling it to perfectly squeeze out water and achieve optimal filtration performance.

3. Screw Hardening Technology: The surface of the screw blade is processed with hardened materials, ensuring a hardness of 1000 HV and an adhesive force greater than 70 MPa. This makes deformation difficult and ensures a long service life. Additionally, ordinary parts are cut by a cutting machine or water jet cutting machine, while key parts are cut by laser to ensure precision.
